in the last 100 years of the presidency. I cannot express how much I despise the state of the union

address. In fact, about five years ago when my daughter was born, she was born the day of the state

of the union address. I was grateful for two things that day. One, that my daughter was born. Two, that her birth had obviated the need for me to cover the State of the Union address. So if Donald Trump just issues a long letter the way that George Washington did for his original state of the union address, he just sends a letter to Congress. And then maybe he does an Oval Office address, summing up the main points in like seven minutes. That would be great. I would be so happy with the president. I cannot even tell you.
