0:58.6	And basically he was arrested a couple months ago.
1:03.4	The cop wound up being arrested for arrest again because everything is backwards.
1:08.0	And now this guy has been released two other times.
1:11.1	This time he was charged Ricky Bell of you with robbery, menacing possession of marijuana,
1:15.6	possession of stolen credit card for allegedly snatching a 14 year olds backpack on a train.
1:22.5	And he'll be let go again because this is the world we live in.
1:26.6	We live in a world that you and I could never have conjured up where you have a virus that
1:32.8	the same virus that is used as an impetus to put diapers on our faces.
