Aloi Jimenez going off in the Dominican Winter League. Seven games. He's batting 438 with three

doubles, a triple, two homers, eight RBIs and a stolen base. I'm salivating. White Sox fans are salivating. We need some Eloy Jimenez. It took all my power not to when Kentano was pitching the other day, and I was at the game reporting, not to tweet out Eloy Jimenez's stats. Just to troll a little bit, I'm not above it. Trolling's fun. He's been amazing. I was getting trolled. He's been amazing. Well, listen, I posted this video of him hitting a home run the other day, and these are tweets I got from Cubs fans. Quote, this is painful in so many ways. Quote, Eloy is a stud. I'm a Cubs fan, but can't wait to see him at guaranteed rate field. And then this was one from Sox fan, John Camp. Sox won the trade. I got some flak for that one in July when I tweeted that. That was not fun. Especially after Q's last performance of the year. But that was more reflective of kind of where the Cubs were,

I thought, as a team, more than Q himself. Yeah, he was in an unwinnable position in that spot.

No doubt. 100% agree. Well, you know, someday in the future, when Jimenez is a perennial MVP candidate,

he could be wreaking havoc against his former team because the White Sox and Cubs could be in the same division.

You don't say.

I do say.

Yeah.

Because that is the main topic of our conversation of our podcast here today because Tracy

Ringlesby, the esteemed writer for MLB.com and Baseball America, wrote that there is a building

consensus that the league will add two more teams in the future.

He reports the favorites are Montreal and Portland.

Now if this happens, Tracy Ringlesby writes that it will lead to a major realignment

and adjustments in the schedule have to be made to address the growing concerns of the union about travel demands and off days.

So he came up with a fascinating proposal that would fix a lot of these problems.
