So if you drink less alcohol, you also get so many health benefits, which is super exciting. So I'm just going to go through a few of the top ones that people are really excited about and some of them are, you know, might be more exciting for you than others.

So first of all, let's just talk about vanity for a minute, right?

It is incredible what happens to your skin to like the glow of your skin to the fine lines and

wrinkles to like your eyes how white they are the whites of your eyes your teeth my teeth

literally people have I've seen oh gosh probably hundreds of before and after photos now and it is sometimes I'm just like how is that possible like I don't believe it you know I'm like take the picture in the same light without the makeup or no blah and sure enough it is uncanny how much better you can look without alcohol and I say that as a health benefit because we know that when our skin is looking better when our
