Helpful Practices for Starting a New Chapter

  • Take note of how you are feeling every day. Listen to those feeling they may be telling you it’s time to make a change.
  • Be intentional. Take the Pause. This will allow you to connect with yourself and clear on what you want and how you want to feel.
  • Release yourself from expectations and comparisons and focus on the things you value.
  • Seek inspiration from the external. What inspires you on the outside if you are having trouble seeing it within yourself?
  • Identify the small steps and changes you can make in your daily routine. The small steps can help us lean into the big changes.
  • Trust the timing of your life.

So in the spirit of seasonal shifts and you know, depending on where you live, obviously the seasons are different, but here in the U.S.

We are winding down spring heading into summer but you know

schools are ending graduations are happening lots of ends of chapters and

And I know we often think about clean slates
