I've just finished the episode of Yuri.

And what I liked about this episode is we have in the past spoken about the impact

runnings had on countries like Kenya.

And even a few episodes did the curse of the Kenyans.

This episode instead focused on Uganda.

And Yuri was in a position where he actually started up a training group in Uganda

when people had traditionally moved as a good Ugandan to run in Kenya, in Yatem.

And so we get to actually talk about the real impact of what running can bring on a community

that's never had it that grows it then to being not just a

village but a town and all of the elements it has on the athletes involved on the people in the

surrounding area but even the relationship with the associations and the pressures on those

athletes to represent Uganda in races or run for themselves.

It really gives you an insight into the power of running, the positives, the negatives,

everything.

And this is all surrounded around the performances of one of the greatest runners that the world has seen.
