This week we are excited to bring you our guest Chris Arnadi. He's the author of Dignity.

He has one of the best Twitter feeds in the game. He's also been a guest on the Realignment before.

So you can go back and listen to that one. It's a great companion episode.

We wanted to bring Chris on because Chris is kind of, I would say, in our set this in the episode,

the Whisperer for non-voters. Chris spent basically six years of his life just traveling and working class communities,

going everywhere that he possibly could and just talking to underrepresented groups,

taking photos of them, accounting their insights within his book, and really just chronicling what life is like for so many communities,

which have no representation kind of whatsoever in our popular culture.

And he's somebody who actually predicted Trump's win back in 2016.

So we wanted to check in with him right before the election and kind of just see where his head was at.

Yeah, so we're seven days out from the election.

And the reason why this episode always check out for me is that there's this great statistic that we talk about all the time.

100 million people are not going to vote in this election.

And I think this could be the side of me that's been in DC for five years,

but I just really struggle with that idea because for me it seems like this election for good or for ill,

from either side, if your center laughed, if your center right, if you're really conservative, if you're socialist,

the election is, he's pretty too clear choices.

So what Chris is doing a really great job of doing and he says it's on the episode is he's basically serving as the mob lawyer for people who in spite of all this are not going to vote

and don't feel like the current system in our choices really serve them.

So it is really great job of doing that.

And he's exactly who you'd like to talk to seven days out from the election.
