There is nothing like going to the Jersey shore in the summertime.

So if you're wandering along the Jersey shore beaches and you say,

hey, what did I just step on that hurt?

Yeah, it was just a syringe.

Don't worry about it.

Hundreds of needles are washing up on shore from Sandy Hook to Long Branch.

And people are working furiously to pick them up and warn people,

hey, be careful even when you go out into the water.

And watch yourself walking along the beach there.

Those are just syringes.

So apparently when the storm went through,

and remember we saw there were, you know, hundreds of videos of the subway tunnels

getting flooded and streets being flooded in New York and all along the northeast.

Yeah, well, all the sewage systems overflowed.

And that just washed out all the syringes into the water.

That's it though.

Remember when they were picking up syringes along the beaches a couple of years ago?

And they blamed it on people that had diabetes.

And they said, oh, I was just from the diabetics who flushed everything down the toilet.

Uh-huh.

I have actually lived with people who are diabetics or who have been diabetics.

And they use syringes multiple times a day.
