And then when I retired from the NFL, like I went on this like kind of fact-finding mission to try to figure out because I knew something was wrong. Yeah. And things like, I don't know, I mean, I started the ketogenic diet, which kind of they fixed a little bit, but then the big one was exosomes. So I went out and saw Tom Inclin on and he's like, hey, we have these exosomes, which is the RNA between the stem cells. He's like we've, you know, distilled them down. There's like, you know, a trillion or X in this bag.
