This week we're going to be tackling part two of our engaging culture series, which

is going to be on this question, should we try as Christians to legislate our morality?

All right.

Now, the answer right at front is absolutely yes, we should.

Okay, yes, we should.

What I'm going to do is I'm really going to try and answer a lot of these questions to give us

very clear thinking on this issue because you're going to hear this question and this accusation

against Christians a lot.

Is they're trying to force their Christianity, they're trying to force their morality on us?

And we need to deal with this and Christians need to have very clear thinking on this subject.

Otherwise, you're just going to get discouraged.

You're going to be, oh, man, am I trying to force people to be Christian or am I trying to force

my morality?

Should I give them freedom?

We're going to talk about all those kind of issues today.

Okay, so here's a question.

Should Christians be trying to criminalize things like homosexuality, abortion, adultery,

atheism?

...
