I've been attending a 12-step group for over two years and has been

very helpful but I have been looking for the next step to take recovery to a new

level and this is it. I was hungry for more and I found a feast of information and

validation in this podcast. I couldn't possibly overstate how amazing this

resource is. Ashland and Kobe are role models because they are so human and

acknowledge the mess that life is but find joy through it all.
