Welcome to the Gritty Podcast. I'm your host Brian Cullin. I am joined today by my brother the Gritty Bromant behind the camera. How are you Brent?

Well, thank you. Cool. Right on we had a great weekend. We were just at the mountain-offs elk summit this weekend.

Actually Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Saturday today. Tomorrow we're supposed to have a film dropping. We're gonna talk a little bit about that.

But the summit was really cool. It was myself. We had

Randy Newberg, Corey Jacobson, Chad Mendez, Eric Chester, Ryan Carter. We're all there and just sort of did some presentations on elk hunting. We chatted an opportunity to

what do we do like five

little seminars

up each with a small group of 10 to 15 different people on each class. And so there's a lot of one-on-one interaction.

Anyway, it turned out really cool. In fact, Bryce Bishup was here yesterday from Peaks and he had just

made a trip from Ryan's Western hunting summit up there in Montana.

Came on down here and he's like, Brian, these events are so cool. They're really cool. It was cool. It was a lot of fun. A lot of cool people.

Yeah, you really get to meet some really neat people from all over the all over the country, all walks of life,

who really are wanting to learn hardcore about elk hunting and meet cool people and have cool discussions.

So it was really fun. We really enjoyed the

camaraderie and the brotherhood up there and we got to talk about elk.

And they got lots of different perspectives. I really enjoyed the the way mountain ops did it because

each individual that was presenting

you know their knowledge about elk hunting

almost approaches it with a quite a different approach.

They were all very different styles. So everybody got a real taste of totally different opinions on how to hunt elk. It was really neat.

So

but that kind of cut into our production time on the films.
