Good. Today's podcast is we're going to talk a little bit about feet and managing just a little like my personal,

I have sweaty feet and I can really get hot when I hike and I have bad ankles.

I tore the ligaments in both my ankles multiple times and high school sports and later in intermurals and college and just throughout.

And I've found solutions and things that really helped me have great success in spite of those issues.

So I want to get into that today.

How they work and what works best and there's are quite unique given the foam that they have the little heel booster and the way that your foot is still able to move on top of it.

A lot of them custom in like kind of trap your foot, you know, these allow the boot to kind of do its job and the insult to do its job or your running shoe.
