Elizabeth, before we jump into it, we got a lot of responses to the Tritus at home that

you proposed about stop apologizing.

That was in episode 61 and we got a lot of people's responses to that.

Yeah, it seems this theme of apologizing is something that runs through a lot of people's

lives as kind of an issue.

I mentioned in the last episode that I'm doing these Facebook live videos and in the discussion

around the live video.

There was a lot of discussion about apology, but here were a couple interesting comments.
