I've just returned from traveling for the last nearly six weeks in Europe and in North Africa and Morocco,

which was quite amazing and wonderful culture.

I might talk about that on another evening.

The graciousness and tolerance of that particular culture

was also 124 degrees in Marrakesh, so there was that.

Interesting, anyway. And teaching in France for the first time, I've taught often in Europe, but never in France and was teaching to a group that was organized by the main mindfulness

association that's doing mindfulness in clinics

and schools and hospitals and various places like that.

And it was really interesting to be in the French culture because when they invited me, they said,

don't make it Buddhist. We had enough trouble with the Catholic Church. We don't want to make it scientific. I said how about compassion?
