I want to demonstrate to you a very powerful juxtaposition you probably haven't heard

elsewhere.

It is going to raise your blood pressure.

I do warn you, but I think you need to hear it anyway.

It's going to demonstrate how if you are trying to construct a system, a governing body

by the consent of the governed that is more screwed up, more dyslexic, 180 degrees upside

down, upside out, you couldn't have done a better job than what we are seeing today

with the balance of power of what these governors are doing, what these mayors are doing,

when the courts get involved and when they don't, the definition of a fundamental right
