Hello everyone. Hi friends welcome back to Barb knows best the

podcast. It is such a great day to be here I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself for this

week's episode what a time I'm Michelle Marros your co-host and I'm here with my

mom Barb who is jumping off of her seat for today's show.

This has been such a wonderful week in preparation for our really really special

guests so I'm very very excited really happy to be here today and if you've

been listening to our recent episodes we've been teasing this week's

guest we have a guest this week as you know we've only had quite a few and we

have you know, we've only had quite a few and we have, you know, we pick our guests because we know that we want to bring you the information that you all want and this week's guest is one of our favorite people but as I was

starting to prepare for this conversation I was putting the pieces together and

realize that so much of what you all ask us and the questions

that you all have about life and particularly family and relationships are the perfect things

for our guests to speak about because she is the epitome of the expert on all of these things.

So it's perfect timing, perfect everything, and I'm just thrilled.

Because I think that's why everything that NEDRA talks about are all the things that we go through as you just said Michelle and I think for me in particular

NEDA answers the questions that I think I've had for like 50 years, you know, and how do we deal with drama and

trauma and dysfunction. So I think this episode is going to be very
