Do you think that some people do use farms to get out of paying inheritance tax?

There's certainly people that, like I referred to earlier, come from another industry,

have a lot of money, and they can put

their money into land and save themselves, the inheritance tax bill on the asset, definitely.

But I think the government approach of just a blanket all lets tax everybody that's got land

is wrong. They should be able to come up with some sort of test to prove that someone is

actively farming.

If you're actively farming, producing food, providing a benefit to nature, that asset shouldn't be taxed on because it is needed and it's such a necessity.
