Yeah. Thanks. Wow. What an intro. You're welcome. Yeah. So I would say one of the things that drew me to you as a coach and why I wanted you on board is that you take more of a therapeutic approach. So I would say one unique thing that you do is I guess when people are stuck in that phase of I kind of know what to do, but I'm still not doing it. And I'm still repeating these

cycles. And I, you know, I think we even had something in Commit to Six today of like,

I know why I'm overeating, but I'm still doing it. Or I know what I should be doing, but the action

part is very hard. And really really that's what coaching is about,

but that's what you are also very uniquely good at. So do you want to kind of talk on like
