Hello. Welcome to a throwback, the last from the past episode of the An She Rises

the Fuck Up podcast. I'm your host, your friend, your mentor, your many guru extraordinaire,

and I am so excited to bring you this episode. So this throwback vlog was recorded four and a

half years ago. I was living in Dallas, Texas at the time. I was four years into my business.

And in the audio from this video that you guys are listening to now

you'll hear me talk about how I'm recording my vlog my weekly video blog that I'm recording it

from the park that I'm I'm outside recording it that I'm using my phone that I don't have a microphone

that I don't have lighting microphone that I don't have lighting

and I was watching this this video and listening to myself speak and it made me laugh because

I'm still doing things the exact same way I still don't have a microphone I sometimes use

lighting I sometimes don't I'm still recording all my digital courses all all my trainings, my podcast, all of it from my

phone. And honestly, not that much has changed. I let go of a long, long, long, long time ago

that the idea of being professional was what mattered. You know, I have a lot of spelling errors

in my content. Less now, less now than, you know, in the a lot of spelling errors in my content.

Less now, less now than, you know, in the years past. I have some of my team who reads over my emails before we send them out.

But I still have, you know, spelling errors.

And the website, AmandaFrancels.com, that website is the same website.

I built eight years ago. It's been tweaked and

upgraded, but it's essentially that same website, just with some, you know, better graphics and a better

header. And I still just get it done. I still just get it done. I still just get it done. I still just

get it done my way. And I don't worry about

what you're supposed to do to be professional because none of that has ever really served me.
