but we can be a bit more regimented with what's going on.

And I actually think that's what people need at the moment, a bit of structure. Because if people

aren't used to working at home or staying at home and you're suddenly put in this new position

where no one's like checking up on you, you don't have to be anywhere at a certain time,

you often miss the structure. So we will

be providing you with that. I also spoke to Nicola yesterday about the importance of habits and routines

at the moment. And I think most importantly for me anyway, like having a purpose so you're still waking up

determined and going to bed satisfied and getting things done and getting closer to your um to your goals

like I want everyone to come out the other side of this closer to their goals and I think some people
