Summary

In this powerful episode, Kristy delves into her extraordinary journey and what it's like to have an abusive relationship with yourself. Growing up in a single-parent home, Kristy faced challenges that left her feeling unaccepted and anxious. Seeking solace in alcohol, she spiraled into a self-destructive pattern that continued well into adulthood. It wasn't until she stumbled upon Annie Grace's "This Naked Mind" and embraced the power of self-belief that Kristy's life took a remarkable turn. Annie and Kristy share their profound insights and highlight the transformative process that leads to self-love and healing.
