0:24.5	How to Get Unstuck, Part 2. So many of you reached out to me about feeling stuck, being
0:32.5	frustrated, anxious, depressed, angry, unfulfilled. I get it. These all lead back to feeling stuck where you're at
0:43.6	and not being able to figure out a clear path. So I decided to do a part two for you because
0:49.8	every week I sit down at my desk and I think about the right topics that are very relevant to this moment and time.
0:57.6	And I really believe that we could do a four-part series on getting unstuck.
1:03.4	It's super common, especially if you're a marginalized voice or a female, that you may not make as much as the boys club. I get it. I've been in the
1:14.0	industry for over, I would say, two decades basically, and I get paid far less than the boys.
1:21.6	It's not that I don't love the men, which I do. It's that I do find in our lifetime that we will not be able to make as much as the
1:30.5	guys. So we will have to work smarter. Here are some tips for this week to really help you get to
1:38.3	the other side. First and foremost, I do want to preface in my years of writing it everywhere, well and good
1:45.5	vogue, Bon Appetit, Girl Boss, Chopra, Now Create and Cultivate. I really, really recommend that we
1:56.4	take a break from this happiness thing. The happiness train is not real, unless it's the wine train
2:03.9	up in Napa and you're wasted. My mom did that once and it was awesome. We went to a wedding and
2:09.7	she said, oh yeah, I really enjoy the wine train with your father. Okay, we're going to go now.
2:14.8	Bye. They ditched me. Everybody ditched me at this family
2:18.5	wedding to go drink. And I got stuck at like the freaking cheesy hotel pool all day. It was
2:25.3	crazy. And my mom was like, oh yeah, we had a great time. It's like, thanks for inviting me
2:30.6	on the wine train. She clearly did not want to be with me that day. She was just
2:36.5	with my dad. So anyways, back on track. Where were we? Happiness train doesn't exist unless you're
2:45.5	on the wine train in Napa. And even then, that is not forever. You must remember the term monono-a-ware.
