I'm more appalled by the people that are getting it or the people that are doing it and

proud of it. We're talking about catfishing today. There's like proud-ass catfishing out there.

It's honestly disturbing. Let's talk about what catfishing is for people that don't know.

I think this word has become pretty common, but it only joined our lexicon in the last

10 years, which is crazy. A catfish is a person that has a false identity or personality

on the internet and they use social media to deceive, manipulate or swindle for fun.

For fun, for all different reasons. Dating, money, big.

I think most of us mean tend to swindle. Yeah, the tend to, a million shows that are catfish

and I think most of us, when we think of catfishing, we're thinking of romantic relationships,

but catfishing can be used for any kind of internet scam or fraud or even a cyber bully.

I can't stop it. Every time somebody tells me, like, hi, I don't have any money. Can you

please pay my rent this month? And I'm like, does that work for you?

Do people actually are like, yeah, I'll do that. No, I can't fucking pay your rent this

month. You know what? Somebody somewhere must be paying these people.
