Summary

One of the most impactful parts of Annie Grace’s monthly coaching call with members of The PATH: 365 is the hope that she offers for those who feel as if their journey is doomed to failure. This can be an especially difficult struggle for long-time drinkers. Today Annie offers hope for long-time drinkers. She shares on how we often fail to see the progress we’ve made on our journey, what matters more than your behavior changes, what our primary concerns should be, and she shares a powerful exercise that can provide incredible hope for long-time drinkers.
