It is necessary that we all take a deep look into our own bias and check our assumptions and judgements around race. If you are able to look away from problems like these, that is privilege. It is time white people do what is right and act accordingly.
I encourage you to listen to this important riff on privilege and bias and choose to start having these conversations your friends and families.
