Summary

It is necessary that we all take a deep look into our own bias and check our assumptions and judgements around race. If you are able to look away from problems like these, that is privilege. It is time white people do what is right and act accordingly.

0:14.0	So the other day, I saw something that really bothered me on the news, something deeply disturbing.
0:22.8	And I jumped on Insta story to riff on it. And my team and I thought it'd be really good to share
0:30.4	this content on my podcast and on my YouTube. So here we are. So here is what I want to say about this. So of course, manifestation
0:41.4	is real. Of course, you have massive, awesome responsibility for how you create your life.
0:50.9	And as we know, our inner world is reflected into our outer world all the time. So you know that
0:58.1	you can change things that are going on internally inside of you and receive more of those things
1:04.5	on the outside of you. We talk about this with business, clients, money, influence all the time. So all of that is true, 100% true.
1:14.1	And at the same time, there are current dynamics in the world that have been created from the
1:20.1	internal states of many of us that have perpetuated oppression and abuse and persecution and racism and things that often white people
1:34.7	aren't super well versed on. But if you understand manifestation, you can understand this.
1:42.0	If many people are holding judgments and biases inside of them,
1:47.2	that is continually reflected in all of our outer worlds.
1:51.5	And some of those things perpetuate white privilege.
1:56.3	And so I know this is a topic.
2:00.6	It's sticky to talk about.
2:03.3	It's sometimes I'm afraid of being attacked for speaking about it poorly or lacking or having ignorance and how I explain it.

2:15.2	Of course, because I still have privilege. But here's what I can tell you
2:20.9	today. I only know what it's like to be inside of me. I don't know exactly what it's like to be
2:26.8	inside any of you. But I know that when I looked into my heart and into my life and into my thinking, there was bias and there
2:38.0	was judgment inside of me toward other people, and there was favor inside of me toward people
