Welcome back to Creep Time to the podcast. This is part two of the Brandon Swanson case where we're going to dive into some theories.

So let's do a quick refresher on some exposition here. So we know of Brandon's last few moments where Brandon was walking

along this abandoned field next to this farmland. The last few moments of the

call he shouts, oh shit indicating he either fell or saw something that we don't know what it is and we've got all of this this strange like up in the air

storyline that we don't know how to how to peg which way or the other because we have this strange trail that he walked for three miles into a river and then out of a river into the other side.

We have a Chevy Loomina that was found that seemed to be mobile and had all four doors open,

but we just have no evidence of Brandon or any sign of a struggle.

So how do we actually explain what went down on that night? So I know that you've already

got theories drumming up right now. I'm gonna run you through like some of the

basics because there's quite a few on this, but let's start with the most obvious or what was at least suspected first, is that Brandon drown.

So the first theory is the logical one that based on the bloodhound evidence that Brandon was walking through the dark and he may have been slightly impaired

He just simply slipped into the the yellow medicine river and he drowned

So we know why that's already contested because there's

never been any evidence that's been found in the river, no clothing, no

remains, no phone. But what's interesting to me and why I think this probably should have been discounted or, you know, thrown away from the get-go is the cell phone.

So even after he stopped speaking to his family, after he says, oh shit, the cell phone didn't immediately cut out.

Right, it was still on and they were able to call it for like several hours after that so people had said well when he fell

into the river he stopped speaking because the phone went with him under water and the

phone company was like this wasn't an iPhone they were like no if that phone was

submerged that phone was done.

Yeah, yeah. So people were saying, well, it could have been that he fell into the river,

but the phone fell out of his hand and was just left on the ground, but again, the phone was never found.
