Around midnight on May 14, 2008 19 year old Brandon Swanson called his parents for help after driving his car into a ditch off a back road in Minnesota. While waiting for his parents to arrive Brandon claimed to see lights in the distance which he thought could be their car and he set out through the dark to go meet them. He remained on a phone call with his Father while walking through the fields of an abandoned farm until he suddenly uttered what would be his last words ever heard on the call.
