Summary
Can YOU stop binge eating? Sometimes, you might have a hard time believing that you can because you've failed at stopping many times or because it's been really hard for you.
But, if you have been trying, without success, for many years, not believing in yourself actually might be the reason why.
In this episode, I'm explaining how not believing in yourself could be stopping you from stopping binge eating and how you can believe in yourself more. You ARE capable of stopping binge eating. I really do believe that. So, let's build that belief in yourself to help you to actually do it.
