rageful about in the harmful and negligent ways we and our loved ones are treated?

unlearn the ways that we have been taught to meet emotions with control.

Lamarrad asks us to allow our rage, to learn from it, and to let it guide our righteous action.

activist, and writer of the new book Love and Rage,
