Summary

Today we're covering two serious topics that the media would probably prefer that you just forget about: the Brooklyn subway shooting and the deadly lockdown that the CCP is imposing on millions of people in Shanghai. After a person of interest was named in the Brooklyn shooting, it was revealed that this individual had extremist, violent leftist views that he espoused online, which, of course, we aren't "allowed" to talk about because it doesn't fit the establishment narrative. Then, discussing Shanghai, we point out that the CCP's "zero COVID" policy is literally killing more people than COVID itself, as the residents of Shanghai cannot leave their homes for any reason. Many are running out of food, and there are reports of suicides as a result of the harsh measures as well. But, as we always try to do, we end the episode on a positive note, since we as Christians know that no matter how bad things get, everything that happens in this world happens to fulfill God's grand plan of redemption. --- Timecodes: (0:00) Introduction (4:30) Allie's 30-Day plan (8:00) Brooklyn subway shooting - let's look at the media coverage & bias (24:00) Shanghai's horrific zero-COVID lockdown --- Today's Sponsors: Reliefband is 100% drug free, non-drowsy, & provides all-natural, long-lasting relief of motion sickness & nausea with zero side effects! All right guys, today we are talking about a couple things. We are going to talk about the Brooklyn shooting at the subway in New York City.

0:59.0

And why that matters and why we shouldn't expect the media to cover this story and similar stories fairly,

1:06.0

but why it actually matters. Why it actually matters that we talk about the uncomfortable and inconvenient truth of all of this.

1:13.0

And then we're going to talk about what's happening in Shanghai. And we had originally scheduled an interview today with Ross Kennedy.

1:21.0

We've had him on before. He is awesome. He's an incredible guest. He talked to us about supply chains and logistics

1:27.0

and why we're having this supply chain issues that we are a few months ago. And it was one of the most popular episodes that we have ever done in the four years of relatable.

1:35.0

So we are going to get him on sometimes soon. Hopefully tomorrow, but unfortunately we just had a last minute scheduling conflict today.

And we will get to supply chains and possible food shortages and inflation and get him to break all of that down for us in a very simple way very soon.

2:00.0

Hopefully maybe even tomorrow, but if not, then next week before we get into the stories.
