Well, let's talk about time restricted eating for weight loss specifically. And, you know,

on my podcast, I have all these people who ask questions all the time. And a lot of the women

say that for weight loss, the eight-hour window of eating isn't short enough for them

to lose weight. But men, yeah. But the men, she's saying, like, we get people in there like,

my husband can do eight hours and he's losing all kinds of weight. I'm doing eight hours and I'm

not. Can you talk about that for just a minute? I know for me,

I can't do eight hours. I'm like you, four hours is, well, I do four hours because I'm obsessive, compulsive. You know, I like to optimize things. So let me tell you another strategy where we'll work. And it will be after I explain why I think that's the difference. I don't know that anyone knows or sure, but my guess is this related to the muscle mass that men have,

Typically, it's hormonal, it's biological.

I mean, it's not in every case, but in most cases, that's the scenario.

So when you have more muscle mass, you're able to really store more glucose,
