It's hard to put on massive amounts of hypertrophy and look fucking jacked without being strong first.

It's a lot easier to get somebody pretty strong, have a move of pretty well and then if we

want to diet them down a little bit, it's a little bit easier than trying to have a guy who's, you know, afraid of getting strong.

So I think a lot of times where, you know, I've had people come to me and said, hey, dude, I want to put on muscle.
