0:25.5

Vincent DraHarnowar and Jeff Canada. Welcome to the show everyone. Today is Monday November 2nd

0:33.5

we're recording the show by the time you're listening to this it's probably going to be Tuesday,

0:37.2

November 3rd and I'm just going to start this episode by stating the obvious. Everyone is

0:45.1

probably really stressed today you know no matter what side of the political aisle you are

0:50.2

it's apparently a very stressful time I've read in the story about in NBC News today about

0:54.9

how everyone is incredibly stressed right now. I like how you say apparently like you don't feel

0:59.6

emotions. No I don't. My robot my robot body doesn't understand this but apparently the humans

1:04.7

are having a problem. People tell me about emotions I understand it intellectually but I don't know

1:25.2

here's what we're going to be discussing. We got a little bit of a film. I don't want to go past that

1:29.5

where democracy is both alive and dead inside the box. It's true. A ballot box that is. Yeah nice.

1:47.3

And and we we don't know which one it is and the people who are listening to this do so they are

1:54.7

either commiserating with us and going oh they had no idea or they are they're like these guys

2:04.1

you know they're so anxious and so worried it's all going to work out okay more likely

2:09.6

neither of those. Something horribly muddled in between. Some sort of bunker situation is the

2:17.5

new American Civil War is broken out and they're using the Slash Filmcast is just a kind of

2:23.8

salve to get through the next minute of their lives because they're taking it minutes by minute.

2:30.8

Yeah I mean it's it is a common trope in science fiction to have a kind of an event in the future
