Thomas grew up in the Midwest where he found alcohol to be ever present in his life. It was always around and it was just what people did to relax, let loose, socialize, and have fun. So naturally it also became what he did. This led to a life that revolved around drinking and eventually drugs as well. It wasn’t until everything in his life began to fall apart that he realized something needed to change. Thomas and Annie Grace share a deep and inspirational conversation around embracing vulnerability as strength, finding freedom from alcohol using a combination of methodologies, how positivity becomes a default emotion when we stop drinking, along with discovering how much richer life is when we’re finally free!
