Usually, when we are so concerned about cravings and stuff, we're not at a place where we

actually have much alcohol free time under our belt.

Usually what that indicates to me is when you're so in the weeds with worrying about having

But generally, in my experience, when we're so worried about cravings, we're in a battle

to not drink.

I'm trying to say if you're in a battle, put down the weapons, embrace the pause and

then let's move you out of battle mode.

Because when you're in a battle not to drink, like you're fighting, fighting doesn't feel
