I've got a bit of a cold, first cold of the season.

I don't get many colds. I didn't last year anyway but yeah I am

slightly bunged up. I have had a sore throat dry cough but have been using all of my usual things to nip it in the bird. My favorite thing for cold,

or sore throat is cider, vinegar and honey. My parents started giving it to me at a really

young age and to be honest with you it tastes not the best. It's cider vinegar, hot water and honey to taste. And as a kid
