Hello everyone and welcome back to the Living Fully Podcast.

I am super thrilled to bring Theo Walker on today.

She is the founder of an Instagram account and business called Teaching Tainees.

And I'm going to do an intro to Theo because she is very qualified to talk everything we're

going to be discussing today.

But also I'm super excited because Theo is my first cousin and basically like a sister

to me.

So we grew up on the same farm together and Theo and I have grown alongside each other

for forever and ever and I'm so proud of what she's doing today and the work that she's

doing to empower parents to confidently respond to their children.

It is truly amazing.

So I'm going to intro Theo really quickly before we get started.

So Theo is a work at home mom of a toddler named Jude.

He and Sheppard are only a few weeks apart.

She's a board certified behavior analyst specializing in early childhood behavior and sleep.
