We're going to start first off with a fan shout out, right?

Go for it. All right, here go. Okay this was left by Chai Dogg and it says as a

oh it's titled a source of hope and a reference for healing. As a recovering porn addict and

still fresh into recovery myself, so often I look at the fallout of my

addiction disclosure three and a half months ago and how my wife and family are hurting and it's hard to imagine ever feeling

happiness again. It's hard to even comprehend a light at the end of this long

dark tunnel. This podcast has given me hope in healing and has helped me understand with a bit more clarity that my what my what my wife is experiencing as she navigates this scary world of betrayal trauma.

I know I still have such a long hard road ahead of me in recovery and I hope that

someday my wife will be ready to seek healing and recovery for herself as well.
