I found that the last few months we needed to catch up, so we'll do a quick catch up with you,

and then I'm going to move on to tips on how to really get unstuck from where you are in life at this time.

First and foremost, thank you to each of you who supported my work through the Olympics. It was the craziest last few years because

we didn't have the opportunity to go to Tokyo as we had always planned. Having to redirect your sales during a time of adversity

and challenge is where true leaders really step up. You will notice during the pandemic that

you saw the best and the worst brought out in others. I truly went inward and had to figure out how I could be a better service to others

who needed my help with nothing in return. That was my goal and what made me feel better.

The Olympics were a huge loss. It would only happen once in a lifetime. It would only happen

in three months' time, meaning typically from around June to August. And it would only happen in

Tokyo for the summer Olympics once in my lifetime.

It was disappointing and sad.

My family has a huge tie to Tokyo.

It's where my mom went to school.

It's where my dad and mom met.

And it's where my grandfather used to exhibit his paintings at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Art.

It's been a wild ride and I've had to go, like I said, inward more than outward.
