Well hello there so this past couple of days have been pretty intense. The US election results have come out.

There's been a lot of tension, a lot of fear, pain, guilt, a lot of blame, a lot of shame.

And yes, in some instances hate.

And of course the US elections aren't the only thing that's going on.

Over here in England we've had Brexit and I guess what some might call the

fallout from that. There's a refugee crisis there's a lot of things going on and

actually there's been a lot of things going on for a long time.

Now, I don't talk about politics, I'm not about to.

And so I have had the mood on my mind really over this past couple of days and I wondered you know

should I say something should I not say something and then I really want to talk about

how things fit in terms of the show, which is where I'm helping people to offload excess emotional baggage. I help people to understand themselves, to understand why they might be in pain, to understand

why they feel afraid.

And one of the things that I've encountered over this last several months in particular, but of course I always

encounter it with the work that I do, is that I encounter people who are triggered.

And actually it's been a pretty triggering time.
