And of course, on every 10th or Tuesday, our guest is Michael Bolden, executive director of the 10th Amendment Center,

And what Michael has to tell us about today is absolutely fantastic and out of this world.

It's an very, very interesting and exciting collaboration between the 10th Amendment Center

and the American Civil Liberties Union on the subject of surveillance and

anti-surveillance legislation. And the ACLU is interested in tackling this, wait for it,

at the state level. Whoa, remember when anybody wanted to deal with anything at the state level?

It meant they were a Klansman. Well, now all of a sudden, it's suddenly respectable to deal with things at the state level meant they were a Klansman. Well, now all of a sudden it's

suddenly respectable to deal with things at the state level. There's no particular reason that that

should be evil. So they have launched something together. It's an initiative that is being rolled

out in a bunch of states, at least 16. We're going to talk about this in detail in a moment.
