0:41.5	Now, due to an assortment of factors, I have been tardy on getting three columns done a month
0:49.8	or even two done a month. I got a handful done earlier in the year, February, March, and then
0:56.3	one of those things happens to you that you can't really plan for, a book watch. My newest
1:02.4	edition of Trend Following, basically a brand new book, came out in late April 2017,
1:09.4	and I'm not sure what happened to my time.
1:11.8	It just disappeared.
1:12.6	It went straight out the window.
1:15.5	So gearing back up and getting a consistent observer column done is one of my main goals for
1:23.9	the rest of the year.
1:25.6	What I'm going to read today is my newest column for the observer,
1:31.0	titled Parliament of Hors. And yes, I am stealing that from a long ago title from PJ O'Rourke,
1:40.0	who deserves the credit for using it, at least the first place that I know, I seriously doubt.
1:46.5	It has not been used at other times in history because it is a damn great phrase,
1:52.8	Parliament of Hors.
1:55.2	Jumping right in.
