guess, but this is somebody who has been not only kind of a friend, but also an inspiration to me for

I think two years now. So welcome Andy, Andy Ramage from Co-founder of One Year No Beer.

Yeah, I love it. Andy Ramage. Yeah, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster, isn't it? It's been a

wonderful journey and even to think back that couple of years when we first met how far we've

both come now, it's been it's been really exciting and it's going to get more exciting, I think.

That's that's the best part. Yeah, it's so awesome. So I first found I was just kind of bumbling

along trying to build a little bit of a website to get my book out into the world and I found

the One Year No Beer site that you write to put together and you had just all this amazing content,

beautiful videos and it was so inspiring and it was such a good message and I just like,

I don't know who reached out to who, but I think it was me to you because I was like, oh my gosh,

we have to I love what you're doing. I just I love it. I've been watching it. I think we've

been watching each other and it's just it's really awesome what you guys are doing. Exactly,

and it's sharing that same message that there's nothing to give up and there's everything to gain.

That's the key key part to all of this is that positive message and that shines through all

the stuff that you're doing and the books which are wonderful. I mean, our audience love

the naked mind, they're absolutely adorable. It's probably the number one book that comes up

with in conversation which is such a testament to you and we love it to get on the back of that
