Friends, in the five years I've been podcasting, I've been a total stickler about sound and making it a high priority to give you a good listening experience.

And that's why I cringe whenever the sound is less than ideal in an episode, which happens from time to time.

Well, this is the third episode in a row where the sound is just off. I often batch record episodes and I've recorded all three of these, so this one and the

previous two, all within 24 hours. And so the sound is off on all three of them. Many, many apologies,

and we've since figured out the configurations that were wonky, so hopefully this won't happen again.

So in this one, we're going to talk about that word, Hugay, the crazy internet trend from Denmark, and why it's actually a pretty cool idea.

And we are also going to talk about tried and true cures for the winter blues.

And so, Erin, I wanted to talk about this weird word because of what you just said, because this is the time of year when the winter

blues really set in. You know, this is February and it's kind of a blah month. I don't know about you,

but I don't love February usually. It's the blah-est. Yeah. Yeah, it's the worst. It is. And so it's like the holidays are long gone, but the winter season is still here. And depending on where you live, and yet here we are. It's not like we can just like shut off life. And to me, Huge fits in perfectly right now. So what do you know about that word?

Well, so I had to look it up when we started to chatting about what we're going to talk about.

And here's what I found.

The official definition is a quality of coziness and comfortable conviviality.

I love that word.

That engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being. So, I mean, it's kind of what we do anyway, right? Isn't it what we're all doing? We're just trying to kind of cozy ourselves right now. Well, yeah, and here's the thing. From what I've heard is we don't literally have an English word for this. And I just think it's really cool that, of course, Scandinavia, a country in

Scandinavia would have a word that meant all those things that you just said. And I think that's why
