Being Dis liked and it's all about understanding something called Adlerian

Psychology from this guy named Alfred Adler.

And it has to do with understanding how we show up and the things that we crave,

whether sometimes people

in your life, each one of them, if you are modifying your frame

and being who you believe they want you to be to get their approval or
