Winter is coming, the most delicious time of the year. While intention is there for a sound nutrition plan and training, there is still the risk that you’re going to be “that guy/gal”. The one who uses this glorious time of year as an excuse to completely fall off the wagon on their nutrition once the family pressure and fitness questions finally break you. Yes, these are holidays and you should enjoy yourself, but enjoyment shouldn’t be indulgence. You are not green-lit to gorge yourself, but still, don’t be weird. Follow these Nutrition Ninja tips to protect yourself this holiday season.
