In a legal trip lure, the prod, what the heck is going on here?

Everybody, Joe Simon's, Like Diamonds, back again with the Salt Strong Podcast.

This will be a short and sweet one.

I want to update all of our members and really all of our audience about the changes coming

down the pike with the prawn or what you probably know as a right now is the power

prawn.

So I'm recording this year at the end of November and I'm doing it because I know we're

going to get a ton of questions with some of the upcoming changes.

So one, the power prawn is not in a legal lure.

However, it did cause some legal issues.

I will say we haven't done anything wrong.

In fact, we actually have power prawn, those two words trademark.

It's a registered trademark right now with the USPTO, but it has caused some confusion within

the industry to the point there was some legal things that have come up.

And, you know, we talked about it and even though we do own the name power prawn as of

right now, it is a registered trademark that is something we own.

Once again, we haven't done anything wrong with it and we've obviously heavily promoted

it and marketed it and obviously a lot of you love the power prawn.
