I'll go so the two you asked me to share insights, so I'll share, yeah, these are two that I share more often because they were a couple of the first real like insights that I had that really shifted me as a person right yeah

shifted the direction of my life so kind yeah, just a big change it caused to me. So the first one, and this isn't

one I normally share, the next two are, so so but really the first real insight that I started having when I was

meditating is that I was liar liar liar liar

I Liar! Liar!

I had mentioned before you started recording, I think,

my about pornography, right?

And I had... my about pornography, pornography, right?

I had looked at pornography in my marriage

and there was a real expectation that that shouldn't be there.

And I don't want to dive into any discussion on like the good or bad of pornography at this time.

But it had been a while I had been good, right?

It is what I would label myself then.

Like avoiding it.

Avoiding pornography for a while,

but it wasn't close to the last time my wife thought

was the last time, right? And she would ask me because she had some anxiety over it from pain for me lying to her for a very long time.

And so I knew it was going to hurt really bad
