The reason we have that IFT is that is the bare minimum for the things that we are going to test you on. Pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, running, swimming, cows. We want to test you on that. It's an entry standard. That is not meant to be a bar of your fitness. If you can do an IFT in your development program right now, okay, you're way more fit than the average American and the people that are probably in your day-to-day orbit.
